Methodological Handbook for Evaluating Local Governments’ Climate Action Programs -2012

2012

Abstract

As part of the evaluation of Mexico City’s 2008-2012 Climate Action Program, the Mario Molina Center developed the Methodological Handbook for Evaluating Local Governments’ Climate Action Programs. The tool is intended for all those members of the public and private sectors as well as civil society who evaluate and provide feedback on climate change mitigation and adaptation strategies, on a municipal or state level. The Handbook contains a series of guidelines to outline the structural quality and methodological design processes, implementation and monitoring analysis of Climate Action Plans in Mexico.
